Responsibilities: Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks Be the main point of contact for high-level executive Qualifications: At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties Experience using Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • College Bachelor's Degree required for this position Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly DOE
