As a motivated team builder, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Collaborating with the Design Lead and Project Manager to execute projects seamlessly from design to completion • Overseeing interior design aspects for assigned projects, ensuring a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality • Bringing concepts to life through detailed drawings, floor plans, and stunning renderings • Working closely with the Design Lead/Project Manager to refine and approve floor plans, maintaining a keen eye for detail • Managing project workflow efficiently, meeting tight deadlines with creative solutions • Ensuring quality control by working closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle • Conducting weekly site inspections to guarantee adherence to design specifications • Actively participating in construction meetings, aligning design intent with execution Qualifications: • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience showcasing your creative prowess • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on design experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey your creative vision • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with finesse • Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor to foster a collaborative work environment • Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Chief Architect, or comparable programs Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate investment industry • Experience with flips, ADUs, and development builds Compensation: • Base Salary of $70,000+ with Bonus Potential • Expected First Year On Target Earnings of $120,000+ Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000+ Bonuses
