The ideal candidate will be passionate about overseeing property-related tasks at various stages of the project lifecycle. They must be friendly, ensuring seamless execution, effective communication among the PM team, and timely completion. This role will be responsible for engaging with homeworkers, agents, and team representatives to facilitate project milestones, manage documentation, and support acquisitions, construction, and close-out processes. Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Scheduling and conducting initial walkthroughs, estimating project needs, and coordinating acquisition team appointments • Engaging in discussions with homeowners, agents, or representatives to gather project details and property information • Managing property virtual tours and conducting thorough vacancy checks, uploading photos, and ensuring secure property locks • Crafting personalized emails summarizing property specifics for the acquisitions and asset management team • Organizing and managing punch lists, ensuring timely and accurate completion • Coordinating cleaning, staging, and photography schedules, collaborating with relevant teams, and reporting to Project Managers • Verifying on-site task completion, and efficiently closing out properties • Managing key placements, lockbox setups, and removals, and maintaining updated property status records in Salesforce • Assisting Project Managers with diverse tasks including errands, material runs, buyer inspections, and liaisoning with utility and specialty companies • Addressing additional special requests contributing to smooth property operation Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field • Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient problem-solving abilities to address complex issues effectively • A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and drug test are required Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonuses
