We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Manager to join our team! As the Real Estate Closing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of escrow transactions. Your role will involve liaising with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal staff members, acting as the main line of communication during the escrow process. You will be responsible for preparing transaction documents, monitoring the close of escrow dates, and keeping all parties informed of any changes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in resolving title issues before closing, ensuring all escrow paperwork and seller's disclosures are completed on time, and attending meetings with internal staff members to provide status updates on all escrow files. Collaboration with sales team members on escrow files when necessary and promptly responding to customer and vendor inquiries professionally and courteously are also part of your responsibilities. The job requires a good degree of "selling" and operational capabilities.This position works with clients from "Contract to Close", meaning they will partner with our home sellers and help them navigate the home selling process with ease. Maintaining strong relationships and updates through the home selling process is paramount to success in this role. Qualifications: • As the ideal candidate, you should be an expert in real estate contracts, documents, and proficient in online programs such as MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, and CRM. • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar systems is a plus. • Your strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills will be essential in managing the closing process efficiently. • Previous experience executing at a high volume, under pressure, and providing exceptional customer service skills is highly valued. • As a self-motivated individual with a high level of organization, you will thrive in this role. • Your excellent time-management and prioritization skills will enable you to handle multiple tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial for effective interaction with various stakeholders. Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate investment industry • Bilingual in Spanish and English Compensation: • Expected On Target Earnings of $100,000 - $180,000 • Management Compensation available via promotion Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
