GG Homes averages over 200 listings annually and is looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent hungry for the opportunity to take on our SD listings. No more hunting for leads, we will give the listings directly to you! Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Developing and implementing effective listing strategies to maximize property exposure • Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling property listings • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions • Keeping clients informed about the status of their property listings and market trends • Expertly negotiate and close deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the seller • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards • Work closely with legal and administrative teams to streamline processes Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License is required • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry • Strong understanding of the local real estate market • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Creative and innovative thinking • Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry • Experience with CRM software • Experience with lead generation and prospecting • Experience with closing deals • Fluent in Spanish Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonuses
