Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders (listing agents, owners, clients) by providing regular progress reports on project status • Collaborating with the team to create and deliver project deliverables, including project scope, required resources, and estimated budget, ensuring alignment with project objectives • Effectively managing project timelines and budgets, monitoring milestones, and overseeing financing and design activities on assigned projects • Accurately calculating cost estimates for all project tasks and managing project budgets efficiently • Providing guidance to both internal and external team members to ensure high-quality project execution • Implementing and maintaining organizational systems for proper maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment • Overseeing projects across their entire life cycle, attending necessary meetings and conferences as required Qualifications: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field • Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient problem-solving abilities to address complex issues effectively • Detail-oriented approach with adeptness in managing project finances • Regularly visit assigned projects to ensure smooth progress • Accountability in estimation and bidding processes • Ensure contractor compliance and accountability • A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and drug test are required Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry • Experience with flips, ADUs, and development builds Compensation: • Base Salary of $80,000+ with Bonus Potential • First Year On Target Earnings of $140,000+ Compensation: $140,000+
