Assist in onboarding paid media clients. You will be the main point of contact between our ad specialists and the client to ensure that our ad team has all of the info they need to build out the client's marketing campaigns in an expeditious manner.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in connecting or creating their social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
• Assist clients in connecting or creating their search engine platform accounts. (Google, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GGMS dashboard, etc)
• Ensure that the client's HubSpot profile is accurate and all data has been collected.
• Monitor the latest trends in digital search media, including advertising formats, channels, and emerging technologies.
• Assist clients in connecting their various digital marketing platforms to our GGMS dashboard. 
• Assist clients in connecting their billing info to their relative platforms. 
• Assist clients in collecting billing info from co-marketers. 
• Communicate daily with our ad specialists.
• Help with any issues relating to Stripe by working with the billing department.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Professional marketing experience that includes experience working with Google, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, etc. 
• Organizational skills to intake multiple clients simultaneously.
• Google search and Facebook certifications would be beneficial but not required. 
• Experience with marketing/CRM platforms such as Hubspot, etc.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, etc
•  Hands-on experience working with marketing platforms such as Google, Microsoft Ads, etc.
