Job Description

1. Development Coordinator for land development of residential property. Some commercial oversight as well.
2. Establish, manage, and maintain budgets for current and future developments.
3. Construction plan familiarity preferred.
4. Ability to walk rough terrain at various stages of construction and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
5. Interaction with City, and the occasional state official(s) for planning, permitting, field supervision and problem resolution.
6. Must be able to ably present to city officials in both formal and field environments.
7. Ability to effectively communicate between multiple parties.
8. Familiarity with Georgia and/or Alabama Soil Erosion Best Management Practices.
9. General office and field support for senior development officer including paperwork assistance and special duties as required.
10. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
11. Will work closely with owner/developer at key points and training.
12. Position can be both part-time or full-time.
