Position Summary
Facilitates the scheduling process with project teams using project planning documents and output from the interdepartmental planning process as a basis for developing the project schedules.
Essential Job Functions
Obtain input from project team members, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to support the development of a baseline schedule
Update schedule progress and forecasting based on input from project teams with oversite from a scheduling lead.
Helps evaluate schedule alternatives and construction practices to support project changes
Generate and provide detailed CPM scheduling information, with assistance from a scheduling lead, to efficiently track and plan projects
Helps to modify existing schedules and create additional schedules as needed to accomplish the project
Helps provide level of detail necessary to support project team appropriate to each phase of the project
Manage resource and cost loaded schedules with oversight from a lead scheduler
Provides data from CPM schedule for use by the superintendent and supervising foremen for the purpose of weekly workplans or short interval scheduling
Assists with intergrading CPM scheduling for project teams to be used in conjunction with CMiC
Helps manage all scheduling efforts in a timely manner by archiving project schedules in accordance with company procedures
Helps facilitate Lean Pull Planning process and implements data into schedule software

Experience & Education Requirements
Four year degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred
Up to Four (4) years of general commercial construction experience required
