We have partnered with a thriving real estate and property management firm in Newport Beach, CA on an exciting new finance & accounting opportunity. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to join the growing team. Main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes for property portfolios.

• Assist in various treasury management functions including opening new bank accounts, staging book and
  wire transfers, managing corporate bank accounts, tracking due-to-from transactions.

• Work closely with asset management team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting from the property level

• Recording and reconciling financial data, transactions, and accounts for our property portfolio.

• Conducting account and bank reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Preference for experience in property accounting and/or real estate.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
