HEALTHCARE ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

A large, non-profit, multi-site healthcare system is seeking an experienced, ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST to join one of their local Adult Day Programs in the Delaware County area.

The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for the intake/enrollment of new participants, completing comprehensive assessments for prospective candidates and gathering all pertinent information as well as educating patient on the benefits and features of program.. The primary role of this position is to increase enrollment, as well as serve as a second line marketer to potential participants and their families.

SCHEDULE: Full time, Monday-Friday

SALARY/BENEFITS: $43,000-$48,000/year + up to $27,000/yr in Bonus Incentives

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree in related field/business degree or equivalent experience required.
• Health Care experience, highly preferred with at least 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle that is insured.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Preferred.
• Knowledge of psychosocial aspects of aging.
• Strong sales skills especially the art of closing.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to work well in a team situation.
