    Position Summary

    This is a part-time hourly position that will be responsible for providing mail and gift processing, donor database entry, and donor account maintenance.

    Essential Functions

    · Assist with the daily importing and keying of donations into the donor database, Raiser’s Edge.

    · Assist with pickup, sorting, and routing of incoming mail.

    · Assist with the database maintenance, including donor contact information.

    · Assist with Matching and 3rd party payor donations process, ensuring matches coded and entered.

    · Assist with weekly tax receipts (e-receipts and mail merge) as needed.

    · Assist with any additional or special projects, tasks or duties beyond what is outlined here that may be assigned as required.

    Required education and experience

    · Associates Degree minimum or

    · 2 years minimum experience

    · Able to interact with individuals at many levels

    · Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) database; Raiser’s Edge NXT experience a plus

    · Able to organize and handle multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines

    · Detail-oriented; excellent computer and data entry skills; proficient in Excel and Word

    · Excellent problem solving, customer service, communication – verbal, written, and presentation skills

    · Experience with non-profits and customer service a plus

    · Desire to learn and take on various types of responsibilities

    · A self-motivator, eager to learn and grow, a fast learner

    · A team player, must be able to work and interact with all departments

    · Willing to work overtime when necessary

    · Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
