Job description

The Associate will play a direct role in helping to establish TikTok as our users’ favorite daily experience through processing user requests through email and a ticketing system. Responsible for responding in a warm and on-brand manner with a focus on first-touch issue resolution. The Associate will become skilled at using various proprietary tools to resolve users' issues and closely execute multiple standard operating procedures (SOPs) to appropriately handle various interactions. Success will be determined by productivity, quality, and resolution-based metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Pay attention to noteworthy social issues, breaking news, and popular trends.

· Coming up with ideas and concepts to capture on shoots specifically for the Tiktok platform.

· Review videos Tiktok content.

· Researching Tiktok trends

· Finding trending sounds which fit with the brand aesthetic.

· The daily running of multiple social media accounts to ensure campaign content is maximized through posting.

· Interacting with the social community through commenting on posts, replying to comments and liking other content

· Repurposing content to Pinterest & You Tube Shorts.

Qualifications

· A-Level or High School degree and apprenticeship in media/business-related fields or related work experience.

· Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness.

· Ability to identify target audiences’ preferences and content.

· A desire to remain up to date with trends, new features, and functionalities in social advertising.

· Familiarity with all social media platforms and users’ trends.

· A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to speak and write in English fluently, B2-level.

· Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.

· Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing content. Experience in relevant fields is a plus.

· Attention to details and ability to work differing work rotations/shifts as required.
