    Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time “HR & Operations Executive” with following job description:

    Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of Background check, Reference check, E-Verify process & Drug Test.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Work closely to understand company’s hiring needs, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.

    Manage the full recruiting lifecycle helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

    Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the interview process.

    Grow a database of qualified talents as new positions open up.

    Focus on job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.

    Screen resumes of candidates and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process.

    Should work with both onsite & offshore teams as required.

    Performs HR duties as assigned including on-boarding, training, employee engagement and other related activities.

    Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all company records, all employee records and information.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/ Operations.

    This position is 100% work from office (Onsite).

    Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn etc.).

    Ability to manage Operations & HR best practices.
