Girikon is looking for “CRM Consultant” with the following job description:

Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of Background check, Reference check, E-verify process & Drug Test.

Location – Phoenix, AZ (Preferably) / Anywhere in USA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interprets client operational procedures to design and execute CRM workflow configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and integration.

Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets.

Customize fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards.

Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization.

Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of HubSpot.

Lead client training and provide on-going support.

Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams and work with users to define process automation leveraging CRM capabilities.

Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users.

Be able to Summarize high-level information and translate into supporting details to address the information needs of varying audiences using process flows and use case models and high level design documentation.

Oversee data integrity within in HubSpot through data import management, data cleanup and deduping.

Quick learner and ability to train on new systems

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in at least one of CRM Platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho

Ability to advise and implement best practices.

Willing to learn HubSpot.

Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

HubSpot certification / Salesforce Certification will be a plus.

Undergraduate Degree with good GPA.
