Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time “Salesforce Business Analyst” with following job description:

Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of Background check, Reference check, E-verify process & Drug Test.

Location – Phoenix, AZ (Preferred) / Anywhere in USA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as the main driver of the client relationship and project communication.

Share best practices and consulting to clients throughout duration of the engagement.

Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.

Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.

Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.

Manage overall project including project scope, backlogs, resolve risks and issues , budget, and timeline to ensure timely deliverables.

Assist with project management for selected projects.

Act as point of escalation for the client to ensure Client Expectations are being met.

Work with the teams to ensure project activities align with strategy.

Qualifications:

Minimum experience of 5 years as a Salesforce business analyst.

Strong consulting experience.

Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions.

Experience in Project Co-ordination.

Proficiency with Agile development tools - Jira, Confluence, etc.

Experience working multiple projects, multiple teams & Clients.

Ability to travel to client sites periodically.

Willing to learn new technology platforms.

Scrum Master certification preferred.

Experience in CRM platform such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
