Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time “Salesforce UI/UX Designer” with following job description:

Location – Phoenix, AZ / Dallas, TX (Preferred) / Anywhere in USA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Understand user requirements and analyze them to develop user interface designs that meet user needs.

Develop user interface designs that are visually appealing, easy to use, and consistent with the Salesforce platform.

Design custom user interfaces for specific business needs, including custom components and lightning web components.

Design user interfaces that are responsive and work well on multiple devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Design user interfaces that are accessible to users with disabilities, in compliance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Create wireframes and prototypes that allow stakeholders to visualize the user interface design before it is implemented.

Collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders to ensure that the user interface design is implemented correctly and meets business requirements.

Conduct usability testing to gather feedback from users and make improvements to the user interface design as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Experience as a Salesforce UI/UX Designer.

Undergraduate Degree with good GPA in computer science or equivalent field.

Experience working with Salesforce’s declarative development tools, including Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Familiar with front-end web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to design and deliver user interfaces that meet business and user requirements is critical.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and work with stakeholders to get feedback and iterate on designs.

The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other team members is essential.

Be able to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement them. Have the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues and find creative solutions to technical challenges.

Salesforce User Experience Designer Certification is a must.
