    Job Description

    We are a direct marketing company servicing the Dallas, TX surrounding area. We are currently seeking someone that can collaborate with the management team to ensure sales and marketing efforts support our business goals. Someone who also shows a great attitude and works well with others, but also effective independently. GLO strives to train each employee to be their best selves and to be successful within the company long-term. This is great for getting more experience in overall direct marketing, sales, and business.

    What you’ll bring to the table:

    • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
    • Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clientele.
    • Assure quality and accurate representation of products; represent the brand professionally and ensure that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
    • Develop top performer customer service & sales skills with our training & team development programs.
    • Maintain quality service to all clients by answering product and service questions, cross-selling related products and services, and being courteous and responsive to all clients' needs.
    • Respond to customer inquiries for pricing, order shipment/invoice information, and quality & technical data.
    • Attend conference calls, meetings, and training with clients, management, and other brand representatives
