ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

As an Account Executive at A&A Marketing, you will source, call on, and sell client services to new prospects and clients within your assigned territory. DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibility is to drive profitable and sustainable business growth through new client acquisition. The primary focus is on new business, market assessment and establishing and building ongoing client relationships that generate impactful business results. THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Source, engage and educate new prospective clients in a given sales platform
· Assist in the conversion process for new clients to ensure a successful onboarding experience
· Meet and exceed your agreed-upon sales quotas and activity goals
· Drive client satisfaction by partnering with the Client Services team
· Maintain accurate records of your interactions in our Salesforce CRM
· Train and manage a team of 3-5 sales reps
REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous sales experience preferred, not required – paid training is provided
· Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS Diploma
· Must be able to commute to Downtown Dallas on a regular basis
· Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test
· Must be goal oriented, results-driven and have a willingness to learn
