JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS;

Coachable and Willing to Follow The RTN Proven Sales Process

Memorize the RTN-sales presentation (this is a must)

1 to 3 Years of Business to Business Outside Sales Experience.

Strong Closer RTN trains heavy on the one call close

Lead Generation Skills

Professional Phone Skills

Ability to Handle Rejection

Reliable Transportation

Valid Drivers License

Proof of Auto Insurance

Excellent Computer Skills

Positive Attitude

Driven to Succeed

DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES,COMPANY COMPENSATION & BENEFITS;

Field sales reps responsibilities are completed daily in their assigned market

Prospect for top ranked leads

Make 75 - 80 phone calls to connect with the decision maker

Schedule a minimum of three F2F appointments with decision makers

Create Effective Call to Action and or Branding Ads

Professional Customer Service to all Local Businesses & their Staff

Field sales reps work daily from their assigned market.

RTN Compensation;is a base salary + a bonus structure, and unlimited commission structure is the reason top performers can earn $100k per year

A $32K annual salary. (pays weekly)

$20,000+ in bonus money earned weekly, monthly, and quarterly. These bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed. This gives an earning potential of over $52,000 before commissions are earned.

Uncapped commissions as high as 30%

Structured new hire training programs and ongoing training.
