    Job Description

    Title:  Customer Service Representative

    Reports to:  Customer Service Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a group of Lighting Representatives in a specific territory.
    • Answer calls directed to the Customer Service Phone Queue
    • Help Representatives with tracking information, back order information and invoice requests.
    • Work with Sales Managers, Quotes/Tech group, and Production Group to answer any questions about quotes or orders.
    • Enter Orders for same day shipping
    • Help representatives with Problem Resolution.
    • Clerical work and/or other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

    Required Skills:

    • Highly self-motivated
    • Attention to detail an absolute must
    • Typing proficiency, preferred level of at least 45 wpm
    • Ability to adapt to changes and absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
    • Good telephone etiquette, written, interpersonal and organizational skills

    Additional Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Some college desirable but not required.
    • Prior experience in the lighting industry or the electrical industry required.
    • Prior work experience in customer service or inside sales required.
    • Prior experience in an office setting required.

    Salary commensurate with experience

    Hybrid Position:  3 days office, 2 days remote
