Job Description
Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of Lighting Representatives in a specific territory.
- Answer calls directed to the Customer Service Phone Queue
- Help Representatives with tracking information, back order information and invoice requests.
- Work with Sales Managers, Quotes/Tech group, and Production Group to answer any questions about quotes or orders.
- Enter Orders for same day shipping
- Help representatives with Problem Resolution.
- Clerical work and/or other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Required Skills:
- Highly self-motivated
- Attention to detail an absolute must
- Typing proficiency, preferred level of at least 45 wpm
- Ability to adapt to changes and absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
- Good telephone etiquette, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
Additional Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college desirable but not required.
- Prior experience in the lighting industry or the electrical industry required.
- Prior work experience in customer service or inside sales required.
- Prior experience in an office setting required.
Salary commensurate with experience
Hybrid Position: 3 days office, 2 days remote
