    General Manager – Skilled Trades
    Location: Long Island, NY (In-Person, Daily Presence Expected)
    Compensation: $150K–$170K base + Bonus Potential (OTE $180K–$250K)
    Reports to: Regional Vice President

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact GM role at one of the most profitable branches in the entire portfolio—positioned to double in size.

    The Opportunity

    This is not a figurehead leadership role. You’ll be given full operational ownership of a $20M+ business with direct control over revenue drivers, P&L, team development, and culture. The next 24–36 months will involve significant M&A, talent development, and service expansion—this is your chance to make a tangible impact on hundreds of lives, while accelerating your leadership track toward broader regional or executive opportunities.

    • Own full P&L and operational results for a top-tier branch

    • Lead a 60-person team across sales, field operations, and customer service

    • Build a best-in-class service culture focused on employee retention and customer satisfaction

    • Develop new leaders and scale systems to support rapid revenue growth

    • Represent the brand in the community and build high-impact partnerships

    • Drive performance through metrics, accountability, and purpose-driven leadership

    What You’ll Do

    Leadership & Culture

    • Inspire and manage a team of 60+ including 4 direct reports

    • Build a performance-driven, blue-collar-positive culture with high eNPS

    • Lead from the front with charisma, grit, and a service-oriented mindset

    • Create career paths and mentorship structures to retain top talent

    Operational Excellence

    • Track and improve KPIs: revenue, close rate, average ticket, retention, and NPS

    • Implement training programs that drive 5-star service and field execution

    • Leverage tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceTitan to monitor operations

    Strategic Growth

    • Lead M&A integrations and prepare the business for doubling revenue

    • Own strategic initiatives that expand service offerings and geographic footprint

    • Manage business levers directly—no red tape between you and impact

    You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

    • Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

    • Experience managing a P&L (or strong financial acumen and desire to own one)

    • Deep respect for the skilled trades or a desire to serve that community

    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational ability

    • A natural ability to inspire “followership” and build teams people want to be on

    • Backgrounds we love: Veterans (especially officers or small-unit leaders), D1 athletes, consultants, or operational leaders from companies with $15M+ P&Ls

    Bonus Points For:

    • MBA or finance background (undergrad or professional experience)

    • Exposure to trade services, or blue-collar industries

    • Previous experience in private equity-backed or roll-up business models
