    Job Summary

    We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our teams, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer service. If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for healthy living and customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    Drive Business Growth

    Develop and implement business strategies and policies

    Identify business opportunities and monitor financial performance

    Financial Management:

    Manage budget resources, operational costs, and financial activities

    Manage labor cost and inventory

    Inventory Management:

    Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stockroom organization

    Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover

    Team Leadership:

    Motivate staff, promote development, and increase efficiency

    Comfortable with delegating and keeping teams engaged during downtime

    Train employees and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed

    Customer Experience:

    Ensure top-notch customer service and streamline administration processes

    Manage customer reviews and concerns

    Operations:

    Manage POS systems and online delivery platforms

    Engage with the vendor and ensure orders arrive in good condition

    Compliance:

    Ensure DOH compliance and adherence to labor laws

    Ensure team members complete the required training

    Requirements

    5+ years of management experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality

    NYC Food Handler's Certificate

    Experience with Clover - a must

    Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills

    Strong budgeting and financial skills

    Ability to work 50+ hours weekly, including weekends and holidays

    Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, climb up/down stairs, and move items up to 25 lbs
