The Office Engineer is responsible for coordinating and administratively managing projects from start to finish.
GMF is seeking a new Office Engineer to the Preconstruction Department.
Responsibilities:
Support business initiatives through data analysis
Coordinate with various business units and departments to maximize profitability of the company
Provide financial and analytical support to the preconstruction and project management team
Assist the project management team with the change order management process
Act as a liaison between other departments and the project team to fulfill project needs
Process information within specific timeframes to maintain efficiency and timeliness
Manage workflows to lead and organize all project-specific data and attribution to ensure consistent, complete, on-time, and accurate project completion
Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects
Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders
Perform project evaluations for document control, scheduling, and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to schedule projects using Microsoft Project, or willingness to learn
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills required
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel occasionally
Salary:
Starting Pay: $60,000/year
