GMF Steel Group is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist to assist in the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. This person is integral in the growth of the company and will work collaboratively alongside the Marketing and Talent Acquisition departments.
Responsibilities:
Continuously develop annual marketing strategy
Oversee the creation of all marketing content including digital graphics, copy, advertisements, etc.
Design and develop advertising for publications
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Track key analytics for all current campaigns and future projects
Manage the media content calendar on all social media accounts
Conduct market research to understand target areas
Collaborate with other departments on marketing collateral needed
Capture footage on active jobsites across the southeast
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or similar
5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign
5+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry, preferred
Proven experience in the Adobe Creative Suite
Proven experience
Strong writing, editing, and graphic design/layout skills
Willingness to travel
Salary:
$45,00 - $55,000
Dependent upon experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8 AM – 6 PM
