An AP/AR Clerk performs a range of general clerical and accounting activities that supports the functions in an organization. There is great opportunity for career growth and development into the accounting field.
Responsibilities:
Journal Entries
General Ledger Maintenance and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Generate and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and analyze AR/AP reports
Process vendor invoices
High volume data entry
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office full suite, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills required
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
$18-20/hour
Dependent upon experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8 AM – 5:30 PM
