    Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer

    Location: Gilbert, AZ, 85233

    Overview

    We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer to join our team at our facility in Gilbert, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning manufacturing operations and programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts for our manufacturing processes.

    Responsibilities

    • CNC Programming of multi axis milling and turning machines.
    • Design work holding methods and fixtures.
    • Plan and design robust new production processes in a cross functional collaborative team environment.
    • Continuously Improve processes using RCCA analysis to optimize workflow in support of production schedule and cost containment.
    • Using engineering principles, manage multiple projects in concert with the production schedule.
    • Produce or validate operation sequence sketches using CAD system.
    • Discuss and solve complex problems with manufacturing departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
    • Considers the implications of safety, quality, cost, and time constraints in daily activities.

    Qualifications

    • - Minimum of 10 years of practical Aerospace machining experience

      • Strong CNC programming capabilities of 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, Mastercam preferred
      • Solid Modeling Capabilities, Solidworks preferred
      • Basic Lathe programming and CNC Machine Operation experience
      • Must have the ability to Engineer a Manufacturing Process on complex Aerospace components
      • Degree in manufacturing or engineering preferred
