    GNT Solutions is a Managed IT Service provider located in Sacramento. We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing team as a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator's main areas of responsibility are to answer incoming calls, dispatch service requests and oversee the scheduling of technical resources. The Service Coordinator will also assist with our sales process and provide administrative support.

    THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL SUPPORT POSITION. THIS IS NOT A MANAGEMENT POSITION.

    PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Act as the single point of contact to the client for all service requests made via telephone and through our ticketing system.
    • Pre-process service requests as they arrive through telephone, email, manual entry, or direct client input.
    • Schedule internal and field technical resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
    • Communicate with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
    • Ensure service requests are completed as scheduled.
    • Track ordering, shipping and receiving of client equipment.
    • Order hardware and software as well as perform the RMA process to procure replacement products from manufacturers and vendors or refund.
    • Assist with clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents.
    • Run errands – FedEx, Post Office, Target, lunch pickups.

    QUALIFIED APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:

    • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and client-care.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
    • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to prioritize.
    • Familiarity with computer system support terminology concepts.
    • Computer and operating system knowledge.
    • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
    • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
    • Previous Client Service or phone related skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • WE WILL FULLY TRAIN ON ALL INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC ITEMS INCLUDING PROCESSES AND SOFTWARE.
