    NAWBO is searching for an IT COORDINATOR to work with NAWBO staff members to support their individual initiatives as they relate to website and membership data and usability. The position will be responsible for developing reports and ensuring data protection, as well, and will be expected to provide comprehensive support to day to day activities related to the website, database and LMS while protecting the mission, brand, and goals of the organization.

    SELECTED CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN OH, CA, AZ, WA, GA, IL, TX, OR VA.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/OUTPUTS

    WEBSITE CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Upload ongoing content updates to www.nawbo.org for Chapters Powered by NAWBO HQ, all Events, Press Release, and Advocacy content. As well as assist chapters as needed with Microsites.

    DATABASE SUPPORT:

    • Comprehensive support of the NAWBO database/AMS(Association Management Systems).
    • Create/manage distribution lists.
    • Create/manage committee lists.
    • Create and pull reports as scheduled or upon request.

    COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT:

    • Send out ALL outgoing emails/communications from NAWBO, including the upload of html files on to the ECM - sending test emails for approval - and distributing to target audiences.
    • Manage pre-scheduled communications such as renewal/terminated notices and bulletins - and on-demand communications such as alerts, press releases or announcements.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE:

    • Manage the techsupport and membership email accounts.
    • Manage ASSET/Help Desk Ticketing for all technical issues and help resolve pending issues with customers/members.
    • Work collaboratively with NAWBO team members to provide the highest level of customer service to our constituents.
    • Interpersonal skills to provide assisting role as a tech support/customer service role.

    MEMBERSHIP/CHAPTERS MANAGEMENT:

    • Process all dues payments.
    • Support Creation and mail monthly dues renewals.
    • Support chapters on their chapter microsites content creation and troubleshooting.

    LEARNING PLATFORM:

    • Overall support of the organization's learning platform.
    • Work with vendor(s) on software upgrade implementations when necessary.

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • 2+ years' experience in a similar position with measurable and demonstrated successes in website maintenance, database management, Information Security/IT Background, or similar field required.
    • The incumbent must have excellent computer skills and be knowledgeable with Microsoft, Google Workspace applications including Desktop Operating Systems, Office365, Reporting Tools (SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Report), and Mobile Device systems.
    • Working knowledge in SQL, PHP, or language in similar disciplines will be considered an advantage.
    • Exceptional communication (verbal, written) skills to support all aspects of the role, including the ability to translate complex technical data into understandable and usable information for end users.
    • Experience working with a variety of software and hardware vendors to accomplish end-user goals.
    • Must be able to work independently, with little structure or oversight.
    • Must be flexible, willing to work and respond to multiple expectations and environments.
    • Confidentiality and integrity in every aspect of this position is expected and required.

    CREDENTIALS AND EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree (earned or in progress) or similar experience in website maintenance, databases, technology, or related field desired.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This position works remotely with occasional national travel across multiple time zones. Selected candidate must be located in OH, CA, AZ, WA, GA, IL, TX, or VA. No relocation is offered. Candidates must be able to provide their own devices (laptop and phone) to perform required work.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    The base salary for the position is $25 - $27/hr based off experience. You will enjoy an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
