Gold Stream Construction is a vertically integrated general contractor. We are looking to expand our team for our Snow Canyon project located in Santa Clara, Utah. This project offers an opportunity to gain commercial experience with our luxury senior living facility, as well as residential experience with our luxury townhomes and custom homes. We are looking for a team player who is outgoing, organized, and ready for anything that comes their way.
Day in the Life of a Project Coordinator:
· Project Coordinator will assist Superintendent and Project Manager with creating, distributing, and tracking contractor scopes, commitments, and change orders. PC will notify accounting team of new commitments and change orders.
· Project Coordinator will organize meetings, create agendas, take minute meeting notes, and distribute appropriately.
· The Project Coordinator will assist with procurement, quantity take offs, and buyouts.
· The Project Coordinator will manage project documentation including Sub-Safety Documentation, Sub-Daily Logs, etc.
· The Project Coordinator will support job close out procedures including punch lists.
· The PC will assist the Project Manager in acquiring information for status reports.
· Project Coordinator will assist Project Manager with creating and managing the project directory of owner, architect, engineer, and sub-contractors using Procore.
· PC to review all project invoices and pay-apps for General Superintendent final approvals and stamps.
· PC will manage site deliveries and tracking.
· Project Coordinator to perform office management tasks such as office supply restock, picking up printed plans, etc.
