ABOUT YOU:

· You are a warm, enthusiastic and detailed-oriented person

· You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, going above and beyond for the company and customers

· You have good phone etiquette and are comfortable to pick up the phone to talk to customers or vendors via phone

· You adapt to change quickly.

· You are dependable, punctual and self-motivated.

· You have at least 2 years business to business customer service experience.

· You are proficient with Microsoft office including “Access”

· You are good with basic math.

· You are proficient with Microsoft Excel. We use this software for most of our sales reports.

· Chinese speaking is a plus but not necessary

· Golden Dynamic Inc. (www.goldendynamic.com) is a plastic film, sheet, and plate distributor. (truckload-type quantities)

· We started in 1996 and sell direct from the manufacturer.

· We sell in multiple states.

THE WORK:

Applicants to this position should expect to learn how to key in purchase orders while working closely with the sales team. Additionally, you will be expected to contact trucking companies to arrange pick up.

The pay bracket is from $20-$24/hr. with provisions negotiable subject to prior experience and qualification.

Part-time hours are from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, or can be discussed further to adjust
