We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a small but growing health insurance agency located on the northwest side of Grand Rapids. This new position is apart time job share with flexibility. Our busy season is from September through December. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills. Our agency specializes in Medicare and individual health insurance. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
