REMOTE We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Personal/Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Responsibilities - Answer and direct phone calls - Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers - Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Skills Requirement - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Benefits - 100% remote work - Flexible schedule within regular business hours - Starting pay of $30-$35 an hour with regular pay raises throughout your tenure (starting pay is calculated based on your experience, location, and whether you'll be working full-time.) - Paid time off including vacation/sick leave, holidays, and parental leave
