    Pay: $19 hr.

    Working Conditions: Office ( without remote opportunity )

    Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 7:45 AM – 12:45 PM

    Job Type: Full-Time

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling a variety of policyholder requests received via phone or mail. Whether you’ve worked in life insurance or not, our team will train, support, and help strengthen your skills. GPM Life encourages career growth! This three-tiered position allows advancement opportunities based on performance.

    ALL ABOUT THE POSITION

    As a Customer Service Representative, each day could bring new challenges, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities :

    • Assists the Contact Center with incoming calls when needed.
    • Meet with policyholders who visit the Home Office to discuss issues with policies.
    • Monitor GPM Life websites for communication received from policyholders.
    • Maintain spreadsheets for all incoming mail and policy replacement notices.
    • Assist customers with policy loans.
    • Process policy changes requested by customers.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School plus some college or equivalent.
    • Customer service experience required.
    • Experience in a life insurance environment preferred.
