We are seeking a Software Service/Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for managing customer/user service and assisting with implementation of new clients. In addition, the Software Service/Analyst will be ready to assist with data analysis and data reporting.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: ·       Solve low and mid-level customer service requests ·       Client and user training ·       Assist with new client implementation and training ·       Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research ·       Communicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports ·       Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting ·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams QUALIFICATIONS: ·       Proven experience in Excel and Excel solver ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·       Strong public speaking skills and ability to lead meetings ·       Prefer Business/Engineering/Economics degree or MBA ·       Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills ·       Great attention to detail ·       Ability to prioritize and multitask ·       SQL knowledge is a plus

Ross Ackermann identified a need for the craft brewing industry to improve on data analysis, forecasting, production and logistics. We work with our brewery clients to lower out stocks at wholesalers and make the best decisions to maximize profit. For our wholesalers partners, we provide software that helps frontline sales reps make good decisions on product placement.
