GP Mobile is searching for a Commission Specialist to join our growing team. You will be an integral member of our Accounting team and will assume responsibility for reconciling and processing transactions for our 2300 associates. You will ensure accuracy and timely completion of all commission processing. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company, interacting daily with agents and the Finance and Operations team. This is a remote role.

What you will do in your role:

Validate that all employees are using our internal systems correctly and inputting according to our business rules, as well as being in line with the T-Mobile commission policies

Dispute and follow up on all commissionable sales that were not paid by T-Mobile

Add value to the company by disputing all valid sales that were not paid by T-Mobile

Audit and provide feedback to the employees that have opportunity areas in the use of our internal POS system

Be updated on all the new products and policies released by T-Mobile

Maintain communication with the T-Mobile commissions team point of contact

The experience you’ll bring:

· 2+ years of experience, in an accounting or payroll function; commissions or sales environment preferred

· Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Excel

· Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of data in Excel

· Impeccable attention to detail and solid customer service instincts

· Strong quantitative skills

· Intermediate use of Microsoft Office software required

· Experience in the wireless industry is a plus

· The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

· At least 18 years of age

· Legally authorized to work in the United States

· High School Diploma or GED
