    Job Description

    The successful Account Executive will be comfortable making complex B2B software sales. This role serves to leverage partnership relationships to keep our solution "top of mind" so that they refer their customers to GPSTrackit. Then, the successful candidate will nurture the leads and prospects through a sales funnel. Our sales professionals play a fundamental role in achieving our company's ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As part of this essential team, you will have significant earning potential, limited only by your drive, sales ability, and work ethic.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Ability to guide a prospect from discovery through to close, with ease and confidence
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and communicate GPS Trackit services as solutions
    • Welcome the opportunity to exceed quarterly quotas
    • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our brand and product
    • Perform impactful online demos and become an expert in the product and value proposition
    • Be a constant learner and focus on areas of improvement in what works
    • Demonstrate ease and comfort with utilizing salesforce and sales automation tools

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience selling B2B software solutions
    • Track record of exceeding quota expectations
    • Strong phone and demo sales capabilities
    • Proficient in corporate productivity, CRM, sales automation, and web presentation tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's degree, plus 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    Compensation for the sales position will be commensurate with relevant experience. Targeted annual earnings will be comprised of base salary and a significant commission target. We offer a generous benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
