GQ Distribution is a woman owned small business based in Southern California who travel throughout the United States offering our premium bamboo bedding through our brand, Bamboo is Better at trade shows, fairs and various events.

We're looking to hire 3 super sellers. This is straight commission with no cap - the sky is the limit! Our average sales reps make $30/hr hour, our top sales rep make $80/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Educate, answer product and company questions and complete transactions creating a joyful and positive experience for the customer
• Restock inventory throughout the show as needed
• Keep area and booths clean and presentable
• Call & bring customers to the booth
• Show and demonstrate products to each customer to close transactions
• Meet and exceed sales quota

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to call customers to the booth and sell our products
• Be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Must be coachable and a fast learner
• Need to be able to stand for long hours
• Must have a working phone to process transaction
• Must be able to travel (a must!)
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must have reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred, but not necessary

PAY & COMMISSION:

• PAID TRAINING FOR THE FIRST 5 DAYS: $15.50 per hour OR Commission (whichever is greater)
• POST TRAINING COMMISSION EARNED PER DAY: (straight commission only):
• Earn 20% commission from net sales of $0 - $1,399.99
• Earn 25% commission from net sales of $1,400+
• Earn 27.5% commission from net sales of $2,000+
• Earn 30% commission from net sales of $2,500+
