    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in training programs to learn the fundamentals of financial planning and investment strategies.
    • Participate in the provided education programs for the SIE, Series 6, Series 6, Series 65, etc.
    • Assist in client meetings, portfolio reviews, and analyses.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized financial plans.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and financial products to provide informed advice to clients.
    • Complete necessary licensing and certification requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interest in finance and investment management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
    • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications, including [SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 26, Series 65, etc].
    • Able to schedule and keep appointments effectively.
    • Willing to get licensed in first 90 days If not already licensed.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Desire to help families and businesses to address their financial needs.
    • Professional business demeanor.
