Greenbox Loans, Inc. a growing Mortgage Banker has openings for experienced Underwriters. Must have integrity, impeccable with follow thru, strong in decision making keeping the company first and foremost. Individual will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, underwriting and clearing conditions for Greenbox Loans, Inc. Must have a strong knowledge base of NonQM and conv/conf/Investor loan types based on the specified guidelines. A thorough working knowledge of industry standard product/program guidelines, necessary conditions for approval, investor specific guidelines and technical/software navigation must be executed constantly and consistently. Ability to manage a large pipeline, attention to detail and self-management is required. Must perform all duties in accordance with company policies/procedures and all state and federal regulations. Will work closely with President/CEO and other operation managers on a daily basis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 Plus years underwriting experience is A MUST
• This person must know what Integrity is all about, must be Impeccable with their word and actions, Must always keep the integrity of the company first and foremost.
• Thorough understanding of underwriting policies and procedures as well as investor guidelines and regulatory updates including a understanding of underwriting guidelines.
• Familiarity with review and understanding of complex tax documentation
• Attention to detail is essential
• Proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners on loan decisions and underwriting guidelines
• Superior internal and external customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have the ability to drive your pipeline, have a strong production mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• FNMA/FHLMC Knowledge
• Knowledge of NON-QM

The person filling this position MUST HAVE A SENSE OF URGENCY ALSO COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT - Working knowledge of Lending QB (LQB) This position has a monthly compensation, plus bonus plus a sign on bonus., plus benefits.
