Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include canvassing areas after a hail or wind storm, evaluating their property for damages to their roof and siding, and meeting with their insurance adjuster to review damages. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and organizational skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities

Inspect homes and businesses after a storm for wind and hail damage

Work directly with the insurance company to get damaged covered for the homeowner

Communicate with the customer throughout the entire claims process

Educate the customer about the process, our company, and our products.

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Canvass and utilize customer referrals to generate leads in your sales territory

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

Ability to climb a ladder

Self driven and self motivated
