Our firm is currently looking for several Sales & Customer Service Support positions to be filled. We work diligently to provide elite customer service solutions to our client base. We are looking for candidates that will not only excel in relationship building and customer service, but that are ready for success and long-term growth within our company.

G.R.I.N.D MANAGEMENT, INC.offers Full-Time positions, and we offer Full One on One Training. We pride our business on the employees that we have and their ability to use individual strengths to catapult our business to the top. Someone in this position would have to be excited about working in-person with our customers and other team members as well. We do not offer remote roles.

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT DUTIES:

• Maintain high standards by achieving sales quotas on a weekly basis.
• Achieve and maintain expert knowledge of our product.
• Have a mindset geared towards the team and company sales goals.
• Handle a substantial number of customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collate customer feedback and communicate this to the product team.
• Communicate clearly verbally in person to customers with high attention to detail of their concerns or needs.
• Always be friendly, helpful, and supportive to customers.
• Strategize, find common patterns, and make data-driven decisions on the product.
• Attend team and company meetings as scheduled.

EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY BUT ANY BACKGROUND IN THE FOLLOWING IS A HUGE PLUS:
