General Description:
Coordinates all on site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to
successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining a
high standard of quality and production, supervising all trade and field personnel, while
administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintains the job site
office and closes out projects.
Essential Functions:
• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within
budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
• Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
• Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
• Understands the project plans, and specifications.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other
employees.
• Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards
immediately.
• Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety
policy.
• Maintains an organized job site, including the construction office.

Physical Demands:
Field/Jobsite Environment – Standing, sitting, climbing, crawling, standing, crouching, bending,
pushing/pulling, walking on uneven surfaces, and exposure to loud noises are to be expected
on a jobsite environment. This position is predominately outdoors at a Construction
Site. Exposure to extreme hot or cold outside temperatures is possible.
Position Type/Expected Work Hours:
This is a full-time, salaried position. Days and hours of work vary from each jobsite. Occasional
evening/weekend work or travel may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience:
• 7+ years of field experience and/or Degree in Construction Management
• Encouraged to hold NCCER Certification in Carpentry
• Experienced in managing multiple projects
• Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of
all phases of construction
Industry Related Requirements:
• Must be able to pass all Safety Council related courses
• Must undergo Pre-Employment Screening (physical, drug & alcohol screen, audiogram,
fit test if applicable)
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License to operate company equipment and/or vehicles
