    We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team! An ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication and organization skills. This position requires focus and tenacity to exceed daily performance goals and activity standards to ensuring success.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Manage full recruiting cycle for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role

    ·         Self-source 60%-70% candidates hired

    ·         Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches

    ·         Develop and execute the research strategy to support the client’s needs

    ·         Collaborate closely with clients and team members throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals

    ·         Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally

    ·         Generating and managing candidate and prospective client pipeline

    ·         Generate high volume cold calls to connect with valuable players in our market

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·         Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office  

    ·         Time Management skills

    ·         Self-Starting ability

    ·         Highly Organized and Strategic thinker

    ·         Phone Skill / Willingness to make high volumes of cold-calls  

    ·         Effective in-person and electronic communication ability

    ·         High energy & ability to work on several projects simultaneously and methodically
