OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER DUTIES:

• Grow consumer accounts by utilizing pre-qualified leads

• Understand consumer needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional sales support

• Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships

• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism

• Overturn objections with EASE!

• Attend daily or weekly sales meetings with fellow sales staff

• Upsell products and services as needed

OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some previous sales experience and if none, then desire to learn sales

• A diploma in Business or Marketing is a PLUS

• Ability to work nontraditional work hours
