Our client, a building supply manufacturing company is seeking a GSA Government Bidding Reviewer & Processor
The GSA Government Bidding Reviewer & Processor is responsible for managing, reviewing, and submitting bids for federal opportunities listed through the General Services Administration (GSA) and related government procurement platforms.
This role ensures compliance with federal acquisition regulations, evaluates solicitation requirements, prepares bid packages, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Review GSA solicitations, RFQs, RFPs, and task orders to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
- Analyze FAR/GSAR clauses, contract terms, and compliance obligations.
- Prepare and process complete bid packages, including technical responses, pricing documents, certifications, and required forms.
- Submit bids through GSA eBuy, SAM.gov, and other federal procurement portals.
- Track amendments, clarifications, deadlines, and post-submission communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all solicitations, submissions, and supporting materials.
- Verify that organizational registrations (SAM, GSA Schedule, NAICS codes, etc.) remain active and compliant.
- Coordinate with internal teams, pricing, technical, legal, and leadership, to gather required bid inputs.
- Communicate solicitation requirements, timelines, and compliance needs to stakeholders.
- Monitor GSA eBuy, SAM.gov, and other platforms for new opportunities.
- Conduct market research on competitors, contract vehicles, and federal spending trends.
- Support bid/no-bid decision processes with opportunity assessments.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience working with GSA Schedules, federal procurement, or government contracting.
- Strong understanding of FAR/GSAR regulations and federal acquisition processes.
- Ability to interpret complex solicitation documents and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with GSA eBuy, SAM.gov, and related procurement systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing compliant bid materials
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent submissions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience in proposal coordination, contract administration, or compliance.
- Preferred: familiarity with pricing strategies and cost-proposal development.
- Preferred: knowledge of federal contract vehicles (IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs).
