Job Summary

We are looking for an GSE Maintenance Technician to join our shop at KJAX

As an GSE Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

Compensation will be commensurate to experience. Ability to learn will be considered for less seasoned mechanics, however, some familiarity with major jobs like transmission, engine, electrical diagnostics is required.

Responsibilities

Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction, and service PM on Motorized and Non Motorized GSE Equipment

Document your work for service records

Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire replacements, oil changes, and brake system replacements

Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

Convey necessary vehicle repair information to parts and customer service in a clear and concise manner

Participate in performing checks on Ground Service Equipment (GSE), trucks, and servicing equipment as needed. Practice safe work habits during the operations and that all company policies and procedures are being followed correctly.

Qualifications

We require GSE Maintenance Experience. Ideal candidate would have experience with Push backs and Deice Equipment, Diesel experience and an ability to work mostly unsupervised, recording work on a Work Order.

Strong customer service and communications skills are required
