LOCATION
Miami, Opa-Locka Airport (off airport property)
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for the right candidate to assist with supporting PRODUCTION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS of the company on a full-time basis, eight (8) working hours per day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and update shop’s production daily reports.
Assist with basic functions on QuickBooks, supporting company’s daily activities such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, banking and prepare reports.
Assist with administrative functions to support company's filing of taxes, licenses, financial reporting, etc.
Assist the shop manager in purchasing parts and other items by driving to local suppliers or, making arrangements for delivery.
Assist in making arrangements for transportation logistics (freight for incoming and outgoing equipment).
REQUIREMENTS FOR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Energetic, LIKES TO WORK, trustworthy, organize, self-motivated.
Must be able to communicate in Spanish and English.
Good communication skills in ENGLISH
High School or equivalent diploma required and verified.
Must have own vehicle in working condition for some small parts pickup.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good aptitude for computers.
Experience in QuickBooks is an asset.
REMUNERATIONS
This position has a starting remuneration of $17.00 per hour. Commission bonus will be considered after positive reviews.
