    We are a respite company that offers non-medical services to special needs individuals. We are looking for a friendly upbeat Customer Service Representative to assist clients! Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer phones- assisting with customers calling for status on their services orders, etc. • Engage with customers as the first point of contact, strong communication skills • Quick Books knowledge a plus • Exceptional attention to detail • Writing up customers orders and data entry Qualifications: WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM PERSON WHO WANTS TO BECOME PART OF OUR FAMILY. • Part-Time position with fixed schedule 20-25 hrs a week with a potential increment of hours in the near future. • Bilingual English and Spanish • Excellent verbal and written communication required • Punctual, excellent attendance Job Type: Full Time/Part Time Compensation: $15.50 to $16.50 DOE
