Be at least 18 years of age and have strong references

Complete a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting

Possess GSRP lead teacher qualifications (or near completion of)

Promote a nurturing environment for all children

Be dedicated to a high-quality, educational environment

Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly

Show some level of proficiency with computers and technology

Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions

Lead the classroom in planning, documenting, implementing, and recording preschool learning experiences via the HighScope Curriculum

Have availability 5 days per week
